  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. We ship worldwide!

 

  • Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
    Yes. You have to create an account in order to shop with us.

 

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via Bank Transfer for Singapore customers only and all credit/debit cards via PayPal for both Singapore and International customers.

 

  • Do I need to a PayPal account in order purchase online?
    No. You can make payment online via PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account.

 

  • Do you provide self-collection?
    Yes. All Singapore customers may choose to self-collect at our warehouse located at 203 Henderson Road, #04-05, Singapore 159546. Self-collection is available via appointment only

 

  • How much is the shipping cost?
    Singapore Customers: Free shipping within Singapore with no minimum purchase!
    International Customers: Shipping charges will be calculated after you have selected the items you would like to purchase and entered your delivery address; before carting out; charges are calculated by weight and delivery location.

 

  • How many days will shipping take?
    Singapore: 1-3 business days
    International: 1-3 weeks

 

  • When will be my orders be shipped?
    Payment verification process will take 1 business day. After payment has been verified, your orders will be processed and paced within 1-2 business days. All orders will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Our main HQ office and warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT+8) except public holidays.

 

  • Am I able to track my order?
    Yes. Singapore orders will be delivered by our courier service provider – Roadbull. International orders will be delivered via DHL Express. Tracking number will be sent to your email address after parcel has been shipped.

 

  • How can I make changes to my order after confirmation?
    You are not able to alter your purchases once it is entered in our system upon confirmation. However, you can drop us a message here or give us a call at (+65) 6258 9203 to request for changes. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you.

 

  • Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
    As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel it once you have confirmed payment.

 

  • What can I do if my questions are not listed here?
    Drop us a message here and we will answer all your questions or inquiries. Alternatively, you may also give us a call at (+65) 6258 9203 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT+8) except public holidays.
